This page explains the rights you have over your personal data and how to exercise them inside the Xiaoxiang app. The full rules are in Section 7 "Your rights" of the Privacy Policy.
After signing in, go to Me → Settings → Profile to view and change your nickname, avatar, phone number and email. Chat history and orders can be viewed directly in the corresponding features.
You can turn off the app's location, camera, microphone or notification permission at any time in your phone's system settings. Only the features that depend on that permission are affected.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Withdraw privacy policy consent. The app closes immediately; to use it again you will need to read and agree to the Privacy Policy once more.
Go to Settings → Account & Security → Delete account and enter your password. Account data, chat history and orders are deleted within 15 days, except where the law requires retention. You can also request deletion by email as described on the Account Deletion page.
Email privacy@banna.org with your Elephant ID or login username. We will verify your identity and reply within 15 working days.

您可以随时在手机系统设置中关闭本应用的位置、相机、麦克风、通知等权限。关闭后仅影响依赖该权限的功能,不影响其他功能的使用。
在「设置 → 隐私 → 撤回隐私政策同意」操作。撤回后应用将立即退出;再次使用时需要重新阅读并同意隐私政策。
在「设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号」输入登录密码即可注销。注销后,账号信息、聊天记录、订单数据将在 15 日内删除,法律法规要求保留的除外。也可以按《注销账号说明》通过邮件申请。
