Xiaoxiang Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account in the Xiaoxiang app (operated by 西双版纳大地神韵科技有限公司) and what happens to your data afterwards.

1. How to delete your account

Option 1: request by email

1. Email privacy@banna.org with the subject "Delete account";
2. State your Elephant ID or login username in the message;
3. We will send a confirmation message to that account (or reply by email) to verify it is you;
4. Deletion is completed within 15 days of verification and confirmed to you by email.

Option 2: in-app deletion: open Xiaoxiang and go to "Me → Settings → Account & Security → Delete account"; enter your login password to confirm and the account is deleted immediately.

2. Before you delete

• Make sure you have no ongoing food, dine-in or ride order and no unpaid balance;
• Save any chats, photos or files you need; they cannot be recovered afterwards;
• Your phone number can be registered again, but nothing from the old account is restored.

3. Data deleted

• Profile: nickname, avatar, Elephant ID, login credentials;
• Messages, group memberships, friends list, block list;
• Posts, comments, favourites, saved addresses;
• Push tokens and location records.

All of the above is deleted or anonymised within 15 days of completion.

4. Data retained by law

• Food, dine-in and ride order and transaction records: up to 3 years after completion, for dispute handling and statutory retention, no longer linked to your profile;
• Access logs required by law: up to 90 days.

小象注销账号说明

本页说明如何注销您在「小象」App(西双版纳大地神韵科技有限公司运营)的账号,以及注销后数据的处理方式。

一、如何注销

方式一:邮件申请

1. 使用注册时的手机号或账号,发送邮件至 privacy@banna.org,主题写「注销账号」;
2. 邮件正文写明您的小象号或登录用户名;
3. 我们会向该账号发送一条确认消息(或回复邮件)核实身份;
4. 核实后 15 日内完成注销,并邮件告知您。

方式二:App 内注销:打开小象,进入「我的 → 设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号」,输入登录密码确认后立即注销。

二、注销前请确认

• 没有进行中的外卖、堂食或打车订单,也没有未结清的费用;
• 已保存您需要的聊天记录、图片和文件——注销后无法恢复;
• 注销后手机号可重新注册,但不会恢复原账号的任何数据。

三、注销后会删除的数据

• 账号资料:昵称、头像、小象号、登录凭据;
• 聊天消息、群组成员关系、好友关系、黑名单;
• 动态、评论、收藏、常用地址;
• 设备推送标识与位置记录。

以上数据在注销完成后 15 日内删除或匿名化。

四、依法保留的数据

• 外卖、堂食、打车的订单与交易记录:自订单完成起保留不超过 3 年,仅用于纠纷处理与法定留存,不再关联您的账号资料;
• 法律要求保留的访问日志:不超过 90 天。
